• All shipping is free in Australia and with tracking.
• For Corporate - All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days after payment and proof approval.
• For all other products they are shipped weekly.
• All payments are to be made by paypal or bank transfer.
• For Corporate we do not accept returns or refunds as the product custom made.
• For other products please contact the studio and we will address your concern with a replacement or refund.
• Please contact the Candle Bark Studio with any feedback or complaints.
• Once corporate orders are paid and approved we do not accept changes.
