Domestic Shipping & Delivery
Candle Bark Creations uses Australia Post for all its orders Australia wide. We will ship any item in stock within 72 hours of receiving a completed fully paid online order. You should receive your order within 7 - 10 business days from this time, if you have ordered a Personalised item from our site the delivery time will be within 1-2 weeks as we custom make these orders. Areas outside metro cities may take longer. Out of stock items will be ordered immediately and shipped to you once we have received the item/s from our supplier/s. If there will be any extended delay you will be notified. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order you will be notified within 7 business days from the time the order is placed.

If you purchase virtually anything from us, and you change your mind when you receive your order, you can send it back to us for your money back.
Return Policy
Candle Bark Creations will happily refund or exchange any items purchased from our online store if they are deemed by management to be:
· Faulty
· Unfit for the product’s intended purpose
· Significantly different to those shown or described to you on the website
In these cases the customer is responsible for sending the item back to us with proof of purchase, the item cost (not including postage) can either be refunded to you or credited towards a replacement item. If the item is replaced we will cover the cost to have the replacement item shipped back to you. Candle Bark Creations will exchange any item with/without proof of purchase within 21 days of the purchase date for any reason; for e.g. if you change your mind or if you purchased the wrong size by mistake. The item must be returned within 21 days in new condition, still in its original packaging.
Once we have been notified via email and we have given you the details required, please just send the item back to our warehouse in Sydney and you will be given a credit for the purchase price (not including postage & handling) to be used online to purchase another more suitable item.
Please note the condition of all returned items must meet management’s standards for resale before credits or refunds will be issued.
Excluded From all Exchange or Return Policies
· Custom – Personalised Items- Custom or handmade orders cannot be exchanged or returned. This also includes personalization of any kind including but not limited to design, color, size, name etc.
· Specials – Because these items have been marked "Specials", they are considered non-refundable and all sales of these items are final.

International Shipping
Candle Bark Creations uses Australia Post for most International orders however large or bulky items may need to be shipped using an alternative carrier this will be discussed with you prior to shipping as additional costs may be incurred. We will ship any item in stock within 48-72 hours of receiving a completed fully paid online order. You should receive your purchase/s within 7-10 business days from this time. Areas outside metro cities may take longer. Out of stock items will be ordered immediately and shipped to you once we have received the item/s from our supplier/s. If there will be any extended delay in delivering your order you will be notified. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order you will be notified within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
We ship to the USA, Canada, Western Europe, UK, Japan and New Zealand. Destinations are separated into zones you may check the zone charges for specific weights to get an estimate only, please note all postage charges for Australia Post are at cost to our customers. If your purchase falls outside of these zones please email sales@candlebark.com.au so we can arrange a quote to ship your item to you.
For security reasons payment for all goods shipped internationally can only be made via PayPal.

Size of an International Parcel
Parcels are not only measured on weight and if we must pack your item’s into a box that is outside the dimensions shown above the information below shows how costs will be determined and any restrictions we may encounter.
The length of the longest side of a parcel must not exceed 105cm.
The girth of a parcel must not exceed 140cm.
Cylinders
If the parcel is a long cylinder, its axis (length) must not exceed 105cm and its
circumference (girth) must not exceed 140cm.
Boxes
If the parcel is box shaped, its length (its longest dimension) must not exceed 105cm.
The girth, measured around the two other dimensions, must not exceed 140cm.
Irregular shapes
the parcel is an irregular shape, its length is the distance between the two furthest-apart
points on the surface of the article, and must not exceed 105cm. The girth, measured
around the thickest part of the article at right angles to its length, must not exceed 140cm.
Oversized Items & Additional Fees for International shipping
Any item that is considered "over-sized" or over the actual weight or cubic weight of the charges shown above will incur additional shipping fees that the carrier quotes to us (depending on the weight/size of the item, destination and size of the shipping box being used).
Should you purchase any of the above items, please note that the shipping charge included with your order will be applied to the total shipping charge that the carrier quotes to us. We will notify you via email of the charges and handling fees before we continue to process your order.
